21 Days of Action

It's easy to turn into a couch potato as the holiday season approaches. So, we've decided to take on a final challenge for this year... 21 days of movement in the run up to Christmas!
 

Every day you will have a task to complete.

We'll be providing you with 4 short home workouts every week that you can do from the comfort of your own living room (no equipment needed). All you need to do is follow us on Instagram to get these workouts for FREE!
If you prefer to have a "follow along" workout, we'll be posting these on our YouTube Channel, so head over there, subscribe and you'll see our Christmas Countdown playlist.

Along with the Instagram/YouTube workouts, you can also attend our Tuesday Bootcamp, Saturday Bootcamp and Thursday Online Morning Class, or, if that's not an option for you, you can replace those sessions with a 30 minute walk or run outdoors. 

Start Date: Monday 4th December

The Instagram workouts will be uploaded onto our Instagram account on the day of the workout.
