You'll tell me what you want to achieve, your likes, your dislikes, your current motivations and struggles, and together we’ll come up with a personalised action plan to suit you and your current lifestyle. I will be there to advise you, support you and train with you all along the way.

Options & Prices

These prices are for sessions in the Bethnal Green/E2 area. If you would like me to travel to you outside of these areas, prices may vary depending on distance. Just get in touch and ask me :)

New to Personal Training?

If you're looking to get fitter and healthier but are not sure what the best option is, we'd suggest going for one of our 6 week packages that includes either 2 or 3 PT sessions a week - It's a wonderful way to start getting your energy, strength & glow back!

What's included in the 6 week programme:

  • Choose to have 2 or 3 personal training sessions per week
     

  • Workouts that are tailored to your specific goals
     

  • Nutritional guidance & coaching to help you develop better food habits for life
     

  • Regular check ins to hold you accountable and support you on your journey

Personal Training Packages for 1 person
(Each session is 1 hour)

Pay As You Go: 1 session - £55

Package 1: 1x session per week for 6 weeks - £300 (£50 per session)

​

Package 2: 2x sessions per week for 6 weeks - £540 (£45 per session)

​

Package 3: 3x sessions per week for 6 weeks - £750 (£41.66 per session)

Personal Training Packages for 2 people training together
(Each session is 1 hour)

Pay As You Go: 1 session - £70

​

Package 1: 1x session per week for 6 weeks - £360 (£60 per session)

​

Package 2: 2x sessions per week for 6 weeks - £660 (£55 per session)

​

Package 3: 3x sessions per week for 6 weeks - £930 (£51.66 per session)

If you are a small group of more than 2 people who would like to train together, then get in touch and ask me for options.

 

If you have any other specific requests, for example shorter sessions (e.g. 45 minutes to fit in with your work lunch break), then let me know and we can make it happen.
