Why do we do challenges?
Each year, we propose and take on a number of challenges that aim to take us to new levels of fitness and push us out of our comfort zones.
Because they change you. They make you realise you are capable of things you never thought you could do, they require dedication & commitment even when times get hard, and they give you a massive sense of achievement.
Not to mention, they are FUN, you build incredible friendships through teamwork and you end up with many good stories to tell! ;)

Can you commit to moving every day for 3 weeks?
We'll be providing you with 4 short home workouts every week that you can do from the comfort of your own living room (no equipment needed). All you need to do is follow us on Instagram to see the daily workouts or subscribe to our YouTube channel.
Combine that with attending our Tuesday Bootcamp, Saturday Bootcamp and Thursday Online Morning Class, or if you can't attend, replace those sessions with a 30 minute walk or run outdoors.

Our Spartan Trifecta 2023
This year, we committed to completing our Spartan Trifecta.
This involved completing 3 races in 2023 - One 5 KM, one 10 KM and one 21 KM race, all with obstacles.
The 5 KM and 10 KM race were fairly doable. The 21 KM (half marathon) posed a much bigger challenge for those of us who didn't really like running much.
Through a combination of our group bootcamps and self-training, we spent all year working towards our goal and finally achieved the third part of our Trifecta medal by completing the 21 KM Beast in Tenerife in November... And we had a wonderful holiday in the sun while doing it! ;)
It was challenging and pushed us way out of our of our comfort zones, but the excitement, joy and thrill it brought to all of us was well worth the journey! We are ending 2023 proudly having achieved our medals!
Now let's see what's in store for 2024... ;)
